Abstract

My work is driven by a strong conviction that photography is a vehicle for social and political change. I believe photographs have the power to shape public opinion and raise awareness on issues that are largely ignored in mainstream discussions, and see myself as part of the struggles against all forms of oppression, racism and violations of the basic right to freedom. Throughout my career as a professional photographer, I have covered and documented conflict, social struggles and activism from LGBTQ+ rights movements to war.
